My number is 160/ Snoopy Dance!!!! Read all you can Newbies!!!!!

There have been some great,fantastic blogs that apparently have fallen on some deaf ears or eyes or however you recieve cyber messages.

Some of the oldies have written the answers to the questions and the same, wonder,fear,and other questions keep popping up,, "Any advice?" "Any tips?""What should I do?" You get the picture,, now My advice, tip, answer to your wonderment is please go ReaD the blogs previous to your post, find and seek the oldies if you can all tho I suggest reading all the blogs.The answer is there. Now here's the question,,, Do you want the answers ,are you really ready to quit? If you are it's very, very simple,,,, Just quit! WoW what a concept. I promise I'm not being mean,, I want you to see the humor, I know it's serious, but once I realized I had a choice to be happy  or miserable about quitting and I chose Happy I can't stop being  happy!

It is up to you,, make a decision to be happy about this quit and once you do you'll look back and say "I can't believe I worried myself sick over something so simple."

Ok I'll shut up, Here's the secret,,, MY Secret,, Just mine ,,, Not saying it's the only way,,, OK?

1. Get the Nicotine out of your system as soon as possible, usually about 3 days to a week,,, I allowed 3 days myself.( notice I already had the quitting mindset even that early on?)

2. On the forth day declare you are happy that you are no longer addicted to Nicotine/smoking and do a Snoopy Dance and start really living!!!

Simple? Yes,,,  I'm I for real? Yes, never been happpier! But I DECIDED to be.

Now , oldies lets please always put a number in our blogs somewhere so newbies can see we are for real,,Please if you please.

It  has been 160 days free of the Nicotine/Smoking  for me,, I'm James the "Happy Quitter"

I smoked 2 packs a day for 36 years!I have a whole new life,, I want everyone to have one!
