I have not written all that much lately but it is not because I have caved in and smoked. I am at a place where the honeymoon is over and the hanging on no matter what takes place. As a result, I am doing a whole lot of sleeping...lol. I do want to say though that the little notes that I receive checking up on me are so meaningful. I have never had this kind of support before when I have attempted to quit, and it truly makes all the difference in the world. No one else in my circle is going through this right now, and it is so nice to be able to reach out to people who are going through it. I will perservere no matter what, and I do have to say that when I am awake I really notice a difference in my outlook on things. I feel so much cleaner and clearer...I feel like a butterfly emerging from a very nasty cocoon....Namaste my friends!
