A sad lesson, indeed, but a lesson all the same. I had no intent for anyone else to relapse. I just felt in order to move away from this that I should be honest. I meant no harm. It always used to make me stronger when a person with more time than me relapsed. Please let's keep moving! I am already back on my new Quit. I realize I have set a bad example, so let's just use it as that, an example! Come on, I didn't die or leave! I can hear you!

Brenda_M: Listen, Terrie, you never have to apologize for honesty. If someone were to use your relapse as an excuse to relapse, it's exactly that, an excuse. I am glad you came here and told us.
I like that you said, "Come on, I didn't die or leave," because with whatever this whole Mark/Terrie glitch thing is on top of everything else, I feel a tiny bit off-kilter, so appreciate the reality check. I'm here! You're here! We're all here! 😃
Take care of you, friend!
