I am one day free of nicotine! Yay! I got off the patch day before yesterday, but I started to chew a piece of nicotine gum that day and spit it out, so, I am 1 day nicotine free! Feels good! So glad to be free from all that. Life is clear and real today, not hidden in a smoky cloud of death! NOPE because NEF!
