Sometimes if you drag out the cutting back process for too long you can literally where yourself out before the quit date and that is discouraging . Are you planning on quitting "cold turkey...

157 days and counting!

Came by to say Hi and I always have to look to see how long I have been smoke free - 157 days!  I've been here before cause I've quit for 11 months.  157 days is over 5 months so it still hasn't been no picnic.  Now that I am thinking about smoking it makes me want one but I wouldn't smoke for any reason.  I really don't think about it any more even though my husband smokes next to me every single day.  Life with out those nasty cigarettes has been a...
