Today is both my hubby's and my day...I am now on 11th hour and I think the gum is working. Michael has been on meds to help and then has gum. We have been doing a count down. I tried 2 weeks ago, went 2 days. Have my patches ready am trying again on Monday. Wish me luck!

I am getting anxious about going for it again on Sunday but I have my patches ready and I am looking into a smoking cessation class along with support from this website hopefully I will have enough heros in my corner to ward off the "demons".
