My name is Lisa and I have  tried many times to quit this evil weed ( tobacco, ) without any real long term success. I have been told the only failure would be to give up trying. So....I start the journey again today...day ONE!

I thought I would go cold turkey but after 7 hours came to my senses and put on a patch.  I pledge to remain smoke free the rest of this day and past day one. Bring on the herbal tea as my throat is sore already. More from the patch then anything else.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend!
