My name is Priscilla,

My quit day was the 15th of October.  I stayed smoke free all that day was even offered a cigerette, had money to buy but the next day three hours after waking up I was stressed and overwhelmed with a urged to smoke a cigerette. could of chose to continue my daily routine and let it pass but did'nt. smoked two cigerettes, nearly smoked a half a pack that day. Today so far I've had 4 cigerettes, tracked about 3 of them and it is in the late afternoon toward evening. I have 1 cigerette now, I might get 1 more then for the rest of the evening will be on the phone in meetings with nicotine anonymous planning to be smoke free for the rest of the night. And hoping to be smoke free for the entire next day, doing it one day at a time. I'm not giving up!
