When I keep something in my mouth it helps keep the smoking craving down. I typically will suck on hard candy, blow pops and even lemons.

I will try that, but no lemons for me.
I love licorice so I'll get the hard candy and that helps. Helps with any cravings
Do you find this helps with the symtoms of withdrawal?
