@mishealsmith7 There are many activities and tools to us. Exercise is great, especially walking. It's a great way to replace lost dopamine when quitting.

We all have or favorite tools, - I used Sour Patch Kids, chewing on straws, walking and video games.
Stay busy and stay close.

Jolly ranchers, puzzles, crafting of any kind, this website has lots of great interaction and relevant reading material. Music, ahhh music, soothes the soul. Avoid triggers, it's very much ,mind over tobacco addiction. I'm struggling, but determined, you have to be determined. Write down all your reasons for quitting, read it daily. Good luck, stay strong, you can do this!
